The Mary Meta Lazarus Child Development Center at College of San Mateo provides a rich, stimulating early care and education program for 48 children from 2-/12 to 5 years old. The Child Development Center offers a program that encourages sound health, safety, and nutritional practices.

The Skyline College Child Development Laboratory Center is a laboratory program that provides a comprehensive child care and early education program for students, staff, and faculty of the San Mateo County Community College District and community members.
