Per California Senate Bill 367, the College Health Center has Naloxone (Narcan an
opioid reversal agent) available for distribution to students at no charge. Learn how to administer naloxone.
Fentanyl Test Strips(FTS)
are a harm reduction strategy designed to reduce the negative consequences of drug
use, including the risk of fatal and nonfatal overdose. FTS are small strips of paper
that can detect the presence of fentanyl in all different kinds of drugs (cocaine,
methamphetamine, heroin, etc.) and drug forms (pills, powder, and injectables). Per
California AB 461, the College Health Center has Fentanyl Test Strips avalilable to
students at no charge .
